This spacious double balconied apartment just off Pirin street above the Kempinski hotel, is only a short walk to the gondola lift, and is in a new complex , Pirin heights which features an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

The Pirin/Rhodope Mountains region

Pirin National Park is a Unesco world heritage landmark, extending to 40,455.9 ha, the highest peak is over 2,900 metres, incorporates 176 mountain lakes and 100 varieties of rare plants. The region has a long winter with abundant snow up to 2 metres, average temp in January -1.9*C. And hot sunny summers,


Bansko is an historic trading town,with 120 cultural monuments, the most notable being the holy trinity church completed in1835, with frescoes wood carvings and a 30m high bell tower and clock.

Bansko is now a major tourist destination being the gateway to the Pirin national park, with visitor numbers in summer being roughly equal to those who come for the winter skiing.

"You get what you pay"

Spacious and new but not clean. We had to do the bathrooms and floors ourselves! Gladly they had all detergents in place! The sheets did not impress me too. Had to sneek a 2nd pair. They never changed… More
