Exclusive New Luxury villa, designed to be lived in 365 days of the year, the villa provides supreme levels of comfort and luxury. Perfectly located for an unforgettable break where you will be able to soak up a unique blend of culture, cuisine, championship golf, sparkling crystal clear seas and all that the mediterranean offers.
Can be rented in conjunction with it's sister villa next door to sleep a total of 16 people. Both villas are identical in design and facilities.

The villa is one of the latest to be built on the Championship Mosa Trajectum Golf resort, with the most stunning views over the Olive course and even as far as the Mar Menor in the very distance. It's position, between the vibrant and historic city of Murcia and the vast choice of beaches on the Costa Calida, is perfect for either a family holiday or a group of golfers.

A true luxury home, both spacious and light. There are four double bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The open plan living area is furnished with leather sofas, LCD TV, DVD, games console, and a hifi system for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard to ensure you can enjoy the gourmet delights of the region at home.

The villa is set in it's own large private secure garden, and has a stunning private 10m x 5m private pool There is seating, sunbathing and BBQ areas in the gated and secure garden as well as a spacious double garage with remote control entry.

By renting the villa, discounted green fees are available, should you require.
The whole Costa Calida is fast becoming a haven for golfers with many golf courses available, including the famous La Manga Club – a 40 minute drive from the villa.

Murcia and the Costa Calida are easily reached from the UK via flights to either Alicante and Murcia airports.

This villa has been built to a very high specification. There is air conditioning throughout and underfloor heating for the winter months. Fireplaces are situated in the living & master suite. All downstairs windows have electric security shutters, upstairs windows have roller security shutters.

Cots and highchairs available on request.

The garden is planted in the mediterrean style. There is a private courtyard area within the garden which can be accessed directly from the living area.

Exceptional views of the golf course, mountains, as well as the Mar Menor and La Manga strip in the far distance.

Conditions

Changeover days are flexible. Take advantage of cheaper mid week flights into Murcia. We will try to allow you to stay in the villa until you need to leave for the airport. However if this is not possible due to another arrival, we respectfully request that you vacate before 10am.

Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. Prices include linen, towels and cleaning (you will need to bring beach towels) Professional cleaning is done before and after your vacation. Interium cleaning can be arranged at an exra cost. Last minute offers may be available.


A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £300. The security deposit will be returned to the client 14 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay.

Midweek and weekend breaks will have a basis charge of £130 added to cover cleaning, linen and towels.

The Murcia region

Literally translated as ‘warm coast’, this relatively undiscovered area of Spain has the mildest climate in the country and offers visitors the chance to discover the real Spain. With two seas to choose from, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, the coastline offers impressive cliffs, wonderful beaches, lively harbours and secluded coves. Huge plains, dramatic mountain ranges and national parks with lush forests are what define the interior landscape giving visitors the chance to relax and enjoy nature or participate in the many activities on offer.

There are a number of beautiful cities that epitomise the history of Costa Calida. In Murcia you will find the 600 year old Santa Maria Cathedral, the highest in Spain. Lorca is tucked away in one of the most beautiful and majestic corners of Spain and has a stunning castle. Caraveca de la Cruz is one of the five holy cities in the world and home to the Vera Cruz cross, a shrine for the Lignum Crucis – wood from the cross on which Christ was crucified and many pilgrims travel from across the world to visit this spot. There is a variety of culture for everyone to enjoy in Costa Calida.

The Banos y Mendigo / Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort area

Golf Club Mosa Trajecteum is divided into three nine hole courses which have been host to the final of the PGA Europro Tour Championship. The Stone Course, Olive Course and the Pine Course, making a total of 27 holes of golf, offers the possibility of playing not one, but three separate 18 hole courses – depending on the ambitions and experience of the player.

There is a spectacular nine hole Par 3 Challenge course which together with separate pitch and putting greens, a training bunker and driving range provides plenty of opportunity for practice. Renting the villa allows a 60% discount of golf green fees of up to 4 house guests (a substantial saving for anyone wishing to play golf). Green Fees: The Green fees before applying discounts are : Championship Course 9 holes €45.00, Championship Course 18 holes €80.00, Championship Course 27 holes €110.00.
The whole Costa Calida is becoming a haven for golfers with many courses available. There are details of courses, green fees and contact numbers in the information book in the villa.

The Resort At the heart of the resort is a historic parador sympathetically converted into a hotel and restaurant, with a bar area for socializing over a drinks with friends at the end of the day. The Commercial centre (due to open soon) will provide a range of shops and bars. For non golfers, the resort offers two hard tennis courts, a paddle tennis court as well as outdoor table tennis, basketball area and a children’s play area. Being surrounded by a UNESCO protected nature reserve, there are many opportunities for walkers.

“Excellent Villa” This villa is very large and it has all the facilities needed. However the golf course has seen better days and you have to travel some distance to reach towns and the beach. As we had young children it was ideal for us but if you are after a night life or activity at night this is not for you on the whole ideal for young families who want the pool and the comfort.
