About the home

We can offer you a Luxury Static Caravan to enjoy a relaxing holiday on a quiet working farm in beautiful Snowdonia . Panoramic views with direct access to mountain walks .

Relax on your private decking with magnificent views ,with the sound of running water from the falls of the fish-pond full of Koi. Or enjoy a barbecue in a large garden watching the sun go down.

LOUNGE: Comfortable seating with fantastic views ample space and is tastefully furnished. LCD TV with free view and DVD with a variety of films. Hi-fi with a choice of cd’s. Some games, books and leaflets are provided for those quiet evenings. Gas fire and oil radiators. The dining area is comfy with a good size table and fixed upholstered seating. Sauna & Gym all inclusive in price.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped which has a gas cooker, grill and hob. Electric fridge with a small freezer unit, microwave, toaster and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and full range of cooking utensils. Washing facilities available.
1 double and 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table & stool and cupboards.

MAIN BEDROOM: Double bedroom is en suite, small chaise lounge, spacious. All bedding and towels are provided.

WELCOME PACK:
On arrival you will be given a warm welcome, complimentary bottle of wine and a box of Welsh fudge. Fresh farm eggs, coffee, tea & hot beverages, cereals and a few necessities are supplied. We look forward to meeting you.

The North Wales / Snowdonia/Gwynedd region

Situated in the small village of Llanllechid, within a 10 mins drive of the city of Bangor and its renowned Cathedral, Caernarfon well known for the 12th Century Castle, Roman fort and Welsh Highland steam railway, a mere 15/20 mins drive.

Since 1896, visitors have travelled on Snowdon Mountain Railway. The Summit of Snowdon, at 3,560ft. (1,085m), is the highest mountain in England and Wales.

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch
The translation of which is: St Mary's Church by the white hazel pool, near the fierce whirlpool with the church of St Tysilio by the red cave.

Llanfair, Llanfairpwll and even Llanfair PG are all names used locally for this village with the longest place name. This famous Victorian Railway Station has the largest name in the world and unsurprisingly has fascinated many visitors to the area.

The Bangor - Wales / Llanllechid area

Well situated for discovering the many attractions within Snowdonia. Some are on your doorstep like Penrhyn Castle, Bangor Pier, country and mountain walks.

It is a wonderful base for an outdoor activity holiday, and is also ideally situated as a base for which to explore North Wales and Anglesey.

Llanfairfechan beach. With good long sandy beach with two cafes. Ideal for wind surfing, sailing kayaking. Facilities include skate park, swings, bowls, all weather sports pitch, model yacht pond and croquet. Also there is a lovely walk to a Nature trail, along the cob.

Llandudno Attractions: Great Orme Tramway. Great Orme Summit Complex. Llandudno Ski & Snowboard Centre. Llandudno Cable Car.

The Port Town of Holyhead is an ideal way to take a trip across the Irish Sea to Ireland. Both Stenna Line and Irish Ferries sail from here to Dublin or Dun Laoghaire.

Stenna's H.S.S. Super Ferry does the crossing in just 99 mins.
Moelfre on Anglesey. Small shingle bay in the village of Moelfre with small carpark and cafe next to the beach. The short walk to Traeth Lligwy (north west) is beautiful and you may be lucky enough to see either seals, porpoise or dolphins.
