"Ideal for people on a budget."
Sally was a great hostess. Nice to have a meet and great on arrival and very helpful with directions. I was slightly dissapointed with the accommodation itself. The place was slightly run down, but no… More
Yes I agree with most of this! The sofa is being repalced, the house is to be painted in the winter-at the moment I only get 3 hours to change bed linen etc. as we are virtually booked every day this summer.
We have deliberately kept the house simple as wanted to offer inexpensive basic accommodation for those on a budget, hence the price. This house offers a great base to go out into mountains, beaches, castles etc.so for a group of 4 people-will cost £12.50 a night this includes logs and central heating with no add ons. There are several-more upmarket (and so more expensive) houses to rent in this area, but this house has deliberately been set up for visitors who maybe cannot afford those places, but do not want to camp.
I have had several visitors who have told me that this ethos has enabled them to come up to North wales for an affordable holiday.I will keep it so. I prefer to have lots of people to stay for reasonable costs, that frill it up and limit who can afford it.Many thanks for your feedback,Sally.
