This apartment will suit independent travelers, couples, families and business travelers being so close to the sky train network, river access and close proximity to the shopping and entertainment districts of Bangkok.

It is also very close to the expressway (toll highway) affording quick and easy access by car to the main International airport plus greater Bangkok and its surrounding provinces.

5 minutes to Surasak BTS on skytrain to big shopping center( such as Siam, MBK).

10 minutes by walk or one stop to Taksin/Sathorn BTS to travel by boat to many exotic places of Bangkok.

5 minutes walk to Myanmar Embassy. Also it's close to Lebua at State tower (skybar) and Banyan tree hotel, very famous and romantic rooftop bars.

Immediately adjacent to the apartment and for your convenience there are restaurants, post office, coffee shop, banks and a convenience store. Also they have service laundry.

"Splendor in the City"

I stayed at the Penthouse Sky Villa last month and I’ve nothing but positive things to say about the apartment and the staff. I normally stay at the Shangri La but this time I decided to stay somewhere with a little bit more space. The apartment delivered on this but also delivered on quality. Although less than half the price of many of the 5 star hotels in Bkk it’s just as luxurious. The views from the windows (especially the master bedroom) are sublime and the apartment is decorated tastefully to a high Western style finish. It’s located in the middle of the CBD but shopping and nightlife are only a few minutes away via the BTS. The apartment is ideal for a small family, a couple or those in Bkk on Business. Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review online but given the service provided by Salvatore and the staff in Bkk I felt compelled to do so. I’ll be ensuring I book this place again when I return to Bkk in the next 6-12 months. Tip: The M Pub on the ground floor of the Ascott Hotel is quite nice. Lovely staf and a Happy hour from 4-6.

"my god I wish all rentals were like this"

The title says it all the best I cant even put into words how good it was the furnishings the view penthouse standard, internet fast good connection, tv package had English channels. beds comfortable 2 bathrooms everything absolutely everything was above our expectations to do with the apartment. It was a bit far from the skytrain but not excessive but you will want to arrive by taxi and depart if you have big luggage, also the buildings name is the ascot which is a hotel tell the taxi driver to go to this place, then go to reception and ask for the skyvilla reception which is half way down the corridor behind glass door, also at the end of this corridor is an underground carpark turn right when you reach it and there is a mini mart there if you want to by drinks etc. Theres a seven eleven about 250m or closer to the left of the ascot road facing and early in the morning there are street food venders in the first road on the left who service all the financial district workers but they wont be there on weekends however there are some out the front of the seven eleven pretty much all the time. We didn't eat at the restaurant or go into the irish bar at the front of the hotel but they seemed expensive. For the best restaurants in the area travel one major rd over from the hotel if you are facing the road from reception we walked the whole block but would probably get a taxi next time and I say next time because we will definitely stay here again and am hesitant to recommend it because it is so good just like all the reviews say also only people who have stayed are allowed to post reviews thanks Khon Absorn and Khun Salvator for such a great experience.
