Villa Grace is a large, attractively Balinese-style furnished villa.
The villa stands in almost one rai of well-stocked, landscaped garden bordered by a small river which runs down to the sea.
The living area is made of two huge outside living rooms and a big inside living room complete with modern entertainment showcase, two dining tables.
The dining room accommodates 8 people and the outside dining table seats 8.
The living Area has a large flat-screen TV offering over twenty cable channels and there is a further flat-screen TV in all bedrooms.
Bedrooms - capacity 8 people as follow:
2 en suite bedrooms ( both with private television ) on the first floor; the bedroom accommodation on the first floor is arranged in two wings joined by a roof terrace.
1 en suite bedroom on the ground floor, fronting to the pool
1 room with a bunk bed and private bathroom facilities on the ground floor at back of the house


The luxury kitchen is well fitted with appliances, including dishwasher; there is an utility area and maid’s accommodation.

One bedroom has its own balcony. It is also available in the big living room a king size sofa bed, the owners of this room can use the very nice bathroom on the same level and outside shower. Children are welcome in villa Grace. Villa Grace is entirely enclosed by a wall and all external gates and doors can be securely locked so that you can rest assured that your children will not be able to leave the property without you. Wherever possible, sliding doors leading to balconies can be locked through normal door locks as well as latch locks placed out of a child’s reach.

To help ensure your child’s safety, wherever possible the doors have extra locks. However, this is of course no substitute for careful supervision of children, particularly in the vicinity of the balconies and pool.

The Bang Tao area

Bang Tao is a study in contrasts, with the luxurious resorts and villas along its 6km (4 mile) stretch of beach just a few minutes' away from the town of Cherng Talay, where many villagers still make their living as their ancestors did - by fishing, farming and rubber tapping. The northern tip of the beach, so far untouched by development, is still an area where visitors might find that they have the beach to themselves. Apart from going to the beach and a few bars and restaurants there's not much that you need to leave your resort for.

6000 thai bath at arrival control counter, balance of the amount at the delivery control counter.

Security deposit of USDollars 500 will be paid directely to the owner or her representative, it will be returned less breakages on departure.
