Living and Dining Space:
Folding glass doors in the living and dining rooms open out to the beautiful ocean blue pool and tropical gardens, while the vaulted pitch roof in the living room heightens the sense of space and light in these large, airy rooms. Big cream sofas invite you to put your feet up and relax! Our unique designer teak dining table and chairs are modern, chic and zen. Beautiful Thai art and thick pile soft rugs create a peaceful relaxing space for you to enjoy. A long, sand washed deck runs the length of the dining and living room and features a large modern BBQ and offers outdoor dining under the stars.

Villa Casuarina accommodates 10 – 12 guests comfortably.
The main villa has three bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom offers a super-king size four poster bed, lounge area and luxury ensuite bathroom, and features a private spa which opens out onto the gardens.
The Guest Master Bedroom offers a teak king size bed, and shares a beautiful spa bathroom with the Twin Bed Guest room which offers two super-single Sleigh beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, DVD player and iPod docking stations.
The Garden Suite is a self-contained garden villa. The main bedroom features a king size bed, with a mini fridge, cable TV, DVD player and iPod docking system in the lounge area. The twin bed room is accessed via a connecting door. The twin beds may be converted to a second king size bed if preferred. A beautiful shared bathroom with his and hers sinks and rain shower runs the length of the Garden Suite.
The Kitchen:
A bright modern kitchen features a state of the art cooker and oven, double door fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, and microwave oven. Enjoy a casual breakfast or a platter of fruit at the granite breakfast bar! A separate Thai kitchen at the rear of the villa provides cooking facilities for our in-house chef (available on request, charges apply). Washing machine and dryer complete the service facilities.
High Tech Living:
A state of the art sound system using Denon amps and JBL speakers give surround sound TV in the living room and can feeds music to the outdoor pool bar and Sala. An iPod docking system allows guests to play music through the villa sound system.
The villa is equipped with mood lighting and feature lighting for both indoors and outdoors to create beautiful, soft ambience at night.
The villa is fitted with a number of universal power sockets in each room so that no adaptors are required for appliances using 240v.
Free wireless internet is available throughout the villa.

Private Spa featuring a range of organic Lemongrass House oils, with spa tub, spa bed and sink, opening onto beautiful gardens.
Guest Master Bedroom with king size bed, 32" LED TV and DVD player, iPod docking unit, and hair dryer. Attached bathroom with rain shower and sunken bath tub.
Villa Twin room with two super-single Sleigh beds, 32" LCD TV and dvd player, iPod docking unit. Shares Guest Bathroom via interconnecting doors.
Self contained Garden Suite with two bedrooms and shared bathroom. One room with king size bed, lounge area with 32" LED TV and DVD player, iPod docking unit and mini fridge. Second room with two single beds that can be converted to a king size bed. Safe and hairdryer shared.
Child cots, change table and high chairs are available on request.
Free wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa.
Cable TV features international sports, news and movies channels as well as Children's channels, MTV and foreign language channels.

Outdoor Space:
The Villa’s 10 meter pool boasts underwater lighting and a large Jacuzzi with both jet and bubble features. The newly installed removable pool fencing can be erected for your stay to keep younger children safe. The Sala day bed deck has a vaulted ceiling, fan and music system, providing a cool place to chill out with a drink or gather with family and friends. Enjoy a plate of fruit poolside at the coffee table, or relax on the sunbed pool loungers. The outdoor pool bar is perfect for that evening sun-downer drink! This outdoor space has a dedicated bathroom with rain shower and hand shower unit, so there is never a need for visitors to enter the ensuite bathrooms.
The Gardens
The villa gardens are lush with flowering heliconia, star jasmine and frangipani. Tropical blossom trees provide shade and are artfully lit for night ambience. Golden cane palms, foxtail palms and exotic traveller’s palms create additional screening and privacy.
A long, sand washed deck runs the length of the dining and living room and features a large modern BBQ, water urn and offers outdoor dining under the stars.

PAYMENT - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of making the booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days if the booking includes either Christmas or New Year). All payments must be made in US dollars and must be made by Telegraphic Transfer (“TT”) bank transfer.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of US$1000.00 is required and is paid with the final payment. The deposit will be returned to the Hirer in full within 7 days of departure, unless damages or repairs need to be carried out as a result of the Hirer's occupation of Villa Casuarina. In this case, the balance of the deposit will be refunded as soon as the cost of repairing any damage has been determined.
CANCELLATION POLICY - All payments received are non-refundable, unless the Owner can find a replacement booking. If a replacement booking can be found the owner shall refund the booking amount to the Hirer less 20%. Notice of cancellation must be received by the Owner in writing. The Owner will confirm receipt of such notice.
