This fully-furnished, spacious (105 sq meters) 2 bedroom apartment, which sleeps 5 adults, is situated on the first floor of the low-rise Baan Puri (formerly Club Lersuang) development which opened in late 2005. The apartment is fully air-conditioned & is provided with cable TV, (42” LCD TV) DVD/CD player, a European-style kitchen fully-equipped with full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator & cutlery, crockery & glassware. The balcony overlooks the communal swimming pool. A children's pool is also provided, together with an independently-operated Clubhouse with a Restaurant serving both Thai & European dishes, a Fitness Centre & Spa. Guests may use the Fitness Centre free of charge.
Additional services such as baby sitting, laundry, sight-seeing excursions, golf, car or bike rental etc, can be arranged. Baan Puri provides a tranquil & relaxing environment....a perfect place to unwind & enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful Thailand!
Kindly note that the apartment is situated on the first floor. The development does not have lifts (elevators) & may not be suitable for the infirm or wheelchair-users.

The spacious Master bedroom, overlooking the pool, has a King size bed. The toilet / shower room has ensuite access, with common access from the main lounge area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a folding adult-size bed is also provided. Both bedrooms are provided wardrobes, chests of drawers & desks. A baby cot and highchair are provided for little ones, at no extra cost.
The apartment is provided with secure Wi-Fi facilities, free of charge.
The kitchen is complemented by the 6-place dining table.

The development boasts an excellent main pool (with pool bar for those chilled drinks) & a Kiddies' pool.
The Clubhouse has a restaurant, large gym (Our guests may use the gym free of charge) and a Spa. A convenience store for daily needs is within a few minutes easy walk, while a large supermarket is a short taxi ride away.
The tranquil Bangtao beach is within a 5 minute walk, while Surin Beach is a 15 minute stroll, or 5 minutes taxi ride. Try one of the many local beachfront Thai restaurants for authentic Thai food. A number of excellent high class Thai restaurants are also located in the area.
Taxis are stationed near the development..the helpful reception staff will call one for you.
The reception staff will be pleased to arrange island boat trips, golf, or pony riding for the kids, etc... the tourist area of Patong is 30 minutes by taxi.

The Phuket region
Year-round temperatures on Phuket vary between 21-34 °C. Water temperatures range from 26-28°C. The northeast monsoon season, roughly November till April, brings consistently sunny weather, cool breezes and low humidity, with moderate seas.
The southwest monsoon, May till October, sees the rainiest and most unpredictable weather along with frequent swells off the Indian Ocean.
The Bang Tao area
Parasailing, jetskiing elephant trekking & pony riding are all within easy reach of the apartment. A recently opened Water park is 40 minutes by taxi...great for older children!
Sonkran festival takes place each 13 to 15 April...not to be missed (make sure you have a waterproof camera!)

We spent an amazing 5 weeks visiting the beautiful Phuket and would like to say a massive kob kun kaa to all the staff at Baan Puri. The apartment was immaculate and with the cleaning service that was included it remained that way for the duration. The owner of apartment B19 is such a pleasure to communicate with and I would highly recommend this place for a visit for you and your family. If I had one suggestion it would be to install a washing machine as travelling alone with 2 young kids it was difficult to keep on top of the washing (local launderette is amazing but takes 2-3 days to get clothes back). The accommodation itself boasted clean and comfortable furniture with a large TV and limited cable service (cartoons for the kids so we were happy!) and the kitchen was fully kitted out with any utensil, pot or pan that was required. The bathroom was an adequate size for us and was clean. The owner even provided shampoo and shower gel if needed. The balcony overlooked the club and at night was lovely to sit out on to relax. Fantastic place with a fantastic view of the pool. The owner even included a pick up and drop off service to the airport making this stay completely stress free and 100 percent enjoyable.
