The villa is a great place for holidaymakers of every type, from couples and families to singles. Accessed via an electronically controlled gate, you will immediately be greeted by a covered carport and a tropical garden, which benefits from great shade.

The interior of the home has high ceilings, which ensures tremendous airflow. The U-shape design of the villa surrounds the private swimming pool and its adjoining cascading water feature, which means you can enjoy scenic pool views from the Master Bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Although the house is home to a nice selection of Asian artworks, the villa keeps that special homely feel, which is ideal for those wishing to rent.

Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms are beautifully decorated with the same Modern Asian theme that runs throughout the entirety of the villa. Both bedrooms have king size beds, ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom also has a large TV and patio windows that open up poolside. The Master Bathrooms is open-air and accessed via the large walk-in wardrobe room. The Guest Bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.

Bathroom:
There are three bathrooms in the villa, two of which are en suites, whilst the remaining one is for guests and situated next to the kitchen. These unique ens uite bathrooms really are excellent features of the property. The Master Bathroom is open-air with a fabulous Jacuzzi, open showers, wash basins, a toilet and an adjoining b-day. Although the bathroom is outdoor, you still have untold privacy. The ensuite bathroom in the guest bedroom also has a toilet and b-day and wash basins. There is also an open-air shower, which really is a unique feature. The remaining bathroom is for guest usage and owns a toilet and wash basin.

Kitchen:
The kitchen and dining room are located directly next to each other. The wood/glass 6-seat dining table is just footsteps from the main kitchen area. The kitchen has large granite work surfaces and lots of storage space. The selection of modern appliances include a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator, a two-ring gas stovetop and a nice choice of dishware and cutlery.

Living rooms: Access the lounge at the entrance of the villa through carved double teak doors. The living room benefits from a top notch selection of comfortable and beautiful teak furniture such as the settee, coffee table and matching units. With tall ceilings, ducted air-conditioning and picturesque wooden vaulted ceilings, the environment oozes elegance. The teak furniture against the gleaming white ceramic floors creates a classy feel. From every part of the lounge, you can look out towards the swimming pool through the surrounding tall windows. The entertainment options include a large Samsung flat-screen TV with international satellite channels. There is also a DVD player available for your usage.

The size of Phuket is approximately 543sqkm, and is roughly the same size as the country of Singapore. This is not your normal sized island. From the northernmost entry point at Sarasin Bridge, to the southernmost tip of Rawai, it will take you roughly one hour and thirty minutes by car. Driving from east to west from Phuket Town to Surin Beach, it will take forty-five minutes by car.
