About the home

This large and luxurious house of 300 sqm has been designed to take full advantage of holidays : sea view, in a green area, 2 swimming pools, sandy beach at 700 m. The terraces are bathed in sun from 8 am to 5 pm.
The layout is ideal for 4 couples, wanting to keep their own living space or share large living areas: living room of 90 sqm, 150 sqm terrace bordering the main pool of 40 sqm, away from prying eyes.
It consists of 3 levels all with sea view:
- Main floor: living room with large flat screen satellite TV and home theater, separate modern kitchen (gas hob, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), separate double room (garden view) , bathroom, 2 toilets, terrace, swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, laundry (washing machine).
- Level 1: master bedroom, TV home cinema,bathroom, jacuzzi, office (extra bed), terrace.
- Level -1: 2 studios with double room, TV, bathroom, terrace with immediate access to the 2nd pool, kitchen, entrance on the upper level or independent from below ground, parking for 2 cars, private outdoor bathroom.

The main kitchen is European style with all modern equipment including an American fridge with icemaker. Separate from the rest of the house, it can accommodate a chef on request.
Each studio has its separate kitchen.

In a safety residence, the house is located amidst a tropical garden of 1300 sqm. You'll find all kinds of trees and plants typical of the country: coconut trees of course, but a wide selection of palm trees and orchids. Moreover, the field is decorated with rock waterfalls, ponds with fish and stone sculptures.
The main floor is accessible without stairs, convenient for carrying shopping

Rental includes a maid for 5 h per day. Possibility more on request.
Included too: pools and garden maintenance.

The Koh Samui region

Koh Samui is located off the east coast in southern Thailand, the Gulf of Siam, is the largest island in an archipelago with more than 80, but mostly uninhabited.

With an area of 250 square kilometers, is the third largest island in the Kingdom after Phuket and Koh Chang. The nearest mainland city is Suratthani at about 60 kilometers west. "Koh" means "island" in Thai.

Tropical island lined with coconut palms and white sandy beaches, Samui is connected several times a day by boats and planes. It is part of the province of Suratthani.

Within two decades, Samui became a choice destination in Asia. Today, Samui has established a solid reputation of small tropical paradise with its visitors.
The climate is very pleasant all year round, with temperatures ranging between 25 and 34 degrees Celsius

Accommodations for every budget, a varied and delicious local food, a tropical vegetation, waterfalls, idyllic beaches, numerous Buddhist temples, wander by motorcycle or car, trek inside the island, a friendly people, making it a destination for all tastes.
The island is not very large, you can go around without problems by car in half a day. Things can be very quickly.
You want to enjoy the nightlife,prefer Chaweng and Lamai. You want to visit some deserted areas withcoconut palms, try the south of the island. You want to see a typical village, do not miss the Fishermen Village of Bophut.

The Bang Por area

The house is located near the quiet beach of Maenam in the north of the island. Is 10 km from the shopping centers and hospitals (20 'by car), 30 minutes from the airport, Bophut 15'.

“Luxe, raffinement, très belle vue mer et prestations remarquables” une très belle, vaste et luxueuse maison,décorée avec raffinement par le proporitaire dans un environnement de grande qualité, c'est encore mieux que sur l'annonce ! De plus cette maison est agrémentée d'un propiétaire charmant et de gout qui fait tout pour faciliter votre séjour en vous conseillant l'excellent resto sur la plage à 3€ le repas , l'experte en massage Thai ou une extraordinaire cuisiniaire qui vient à domicile vous faire découvrir la richesse de la cuisine Thai.
