This spacious and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom west facing holiday villa is in a development which consists of just seven Thai style wooden villas each privately owned.

Hidden away on the less developed northwest coast of Koh Samui, this fabulous holiday home is just footsteps from the white sands of Bang Po beach. makes an ideal choice for families or couples who are seeking a relaxing holiday home in an unspoilt and peaceful location.
The property is entered via a large covered verandah which runs along two sides of the house. The verandah overlooks the well kept lawned gardens and is equipped with outdoor living furniture on which guests can relax in the peaceful tropical surroundings and afford views over the ocean and spectacular sunsets.
Two sets of double doors lead into the light, airy and spacious living room, which occupies the whole of the width of the front of the house. The room is attractively decorated with attractive wall hangings, and features top quality furniture. Towards the rear of the living area there is a equipped western kitchen together with a dining room table.
A large screen TV, DVD player and stereo are provided for guest’s entertainment.

Each bedroom has a king size bed with side tables & lamps, built in closet and dressing table. The master bedroom contains a safe & has double doors opening on to the veranda. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The kitchen is equipped with a built in oven & stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle & basic self-catering kitchen equipment, cutlery & crockery.

There is a small storage room suitable for storing suitcases etc.

Living room is bright and airy with 2 sets of doors leading on to the veranda. Wide screen TV with cable, DVD player, Free WiFi, Chesterfield & 2 easy chairs, dining table & chairs between living room & kitchen.

Villa is cleaned once a day, towels are changed daily & bed linen every 3 days

The Koh Samui region

Ko Samui is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 35 km northeast of Surat Thani town (9°N, 100°E). The island measures some 25 km at its widest point. It is surrounded by about sixty other islands, which compose the Ang Thong Marine National Park (Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park) and include other tourist destinations (Ko Phangan, Ko Tao and Ko Nang Yuan).
The central part of the island is an almost uninhabitable jungle mountain, Khao Pom, peaking at 635 m. The various lowland areas are connected together by a single 51 km road, running mostly along the coast to encircle the bulk of the island.he old capital is Nathon, on the southwest coast of the island. It remains the major port for fishing and inter-island transportation. Nathon is the seat of the regional government, and the true commercial hub of the Samui locals. It has a charming pace, and is almost small enough to walk everywhere. The old Chinese shop houses along the middle street whisper of an exotic history.
Each of Samui's primary beaches is now also nominally considered as a small town, due to the number of hotels, restaurants and nightlife that have sprung up in recent years.
Ko Samui features a tropical monsoon climate, however the island only has one true dry season month. Average monthly precipitation in February falls below 60 mm, the threshold for a tropical dry season month. Ko Samui, being in Surat Thani Province, is warm and moist for most of the year. However, in comparison to Phuket and most of the rest of Southern Thailand, Samui's weather is relatively dry. The heaviest precipitation is typically seen in the months of October and November .[4] For the rest of the year, since the weather is tropical, when it does rain, it usually doesn’t last long; rain showers of 20–60 minutes are typical. The island sees on average just under 2000 mm of precipitation annually.

The Bang Por area

Bang Por is located on one of the quietest parts of the island.

There are several Thai beachfront seafood restaurants in the area, a few within walking distance, the food in the majority of these is excellent. When visiting Maenam be sure to visit Angela's Bakery one of the most popular eating spots on the island.
The nightlife of Chewang beach is 20 minutes away. Fisherman's Village 15 minutes. Tesco 20 minutes. Nathon town is 10 minutes. The village of Maenam is 10 minutes away
