The Bothy is a small converted cottage which was historically used for farm workers. It has been converted to a high standard graded 3 star by VisitScotland. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet peaceful break.
The Bothy is all one one level with an open plan kitchen/diner with one twin bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. Fully equipped with eveything you will need including a flat screen TV and DVD player.

There is one twin bedroom, a shower room with WC, and an open plan living room and kitchen. The living area is tastefully furnished with a two seater sofa, and assorted chairs. Cot is available on request.

The cottage has it's own private courtyard with a patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The courtyard is full of beautiful shrubs which attract bird life. There is a 2.5 acre woodland which you can walk through down to the famous River Deveron.
Arrival after 3pm and guests should depart by 10am on their final day.
No smoking in the properties.
Pets by prior arrangement which will be charged at £25 per dog per week.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
Short breaks available off-peak.
£100 deposit for 1 week, balance 6 weeks before arrival.
