Deveron Valley Cottage was converted in 2002. Originally the old farm workers' cottage, it is now a luxury fully equipped holiday cottage with everything you need in it.
Downstairs it has an open plan kitchen/diner with one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, and hallway. Upstairs there is an open balcony with hi-fi where you can sit and relax, and also the master bedroom overlooking your own courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Downstairs there is one twin bedroom, a shower room with WC, and an open plan living room and kitchen. The master bedroom is upstairs and there is a balcony which overlooks the living area. The living area is tastefully furnished with a two seater leather sofa, and assorted chairs.

The cottage has it's own private courtyard with a patio, garden furniture, chimenea and a barbecue. The courtyard is full of beautiful flowers and shrubs which attract bird life. There us a 2.5 acre woodland which you can walk through down to the famous River Deveron.
Owners are English and Dutch speaking.
Towels and Linen are provided.
Arrival after 3pm and guests should depart by 10am on their final day.
No smoking in the properties.
Pets by prior arrangement which will be charged at £25 per dog per week.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
Short breaks available off-peak.
