There is Limestone flooring in this area with fully controlable underfloor heating, cool in the summer and lovely underfoot in the winter.
Both bedrooms have super kingsize 6' beds, and are of a similar size, one of the beds can be made into 3' single beds. All the bedding is White Egyptian Cotton, with super luxury Goose Down Duvets. The bedrooms have wooden flooring with underfloor heating, fully controlable.
Both bedrooms are En-suite, with one having a large Power Shower, and the other a Bath with separate walk in Shower.
Fluffy Dressing Gowns and Slippers are provided

Further details outdoors:
The main entrance opens out into a beautiful garden, and stable block, where there is secure parking.
There is a seating and BBQ area, with new this season a Webber Gas BBQ
There is additional seating in front of the large carp pond, with stunning views,
There is also a viewing gallery by the tennis court again with fabulous views.
The garden is ideal for children to run around, apart from the pond which is very large, so is therefore not suitable for very young children. There is a Boat for use on the pond which is great fun.
One of the bedrooms and the lounge has direct access to the courtyard and pool, so again for safety it is not suitable for children under 6
Further details
The swimming pool is opened on the 1st April, but is heated only when the weather permits. The swimming pool is closed on the 30th September but will remain open if the weather is good. The owners do have access to the pool, with both properties overlooking the pool area. There are two sun loungers and two chairs for guests use.
If you wish to play tennis could you please bring non marking soles.
The cottage is adjacent to the owners home and is very quite and rural, we do have neighbours in the farmhouse next door, so is not suitable for anyone, who would like to party. Ideally suited to families, or those who enjoy peace and a very relaxing holiday. Thanks
