"Perfect location for relaxation, walking, and visiting beautiful places."

We had the pleasure of a week at Slated Barn, benefiting from the space within and enjoying the walks without (OS Explorer Map 206). As quite a large group of mostly mature walkers, we found no diffi… More

"Fabulous barn, lots of outdoor space, great location and owners very welcoming!"

We had a fabulous long weekend at Slated Barn. The four bedrooms were all of a good size with tv's in each room and three of them were ensuite which was lovely. The kitchen was big and had a great cooker when cooking for 8 (as we did). The lounge is a really good size with plenty of space for everyone and for the children to play. The garden is big with lots of space for children to run around and it was great to make use of the outdoor seating area with the lovely weather we had. The owners were very welcoming, and the cake, biscuits and juice waiting on our arrival was a really lovely surprise, a nice touch! They also had good knowledge of the area and were able to advise on pubs and places to eat and also provided leaflets of the local area. The location was great for visiting Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Blenhiem Palace in the lovely village of Woodstock and for Silverstone. It was lovely to return to the peacefulness of the barn and surrounding fields that you could see for miles around after a busy day out. The free wifi was also an added bonus.
