The property has a large and fully enclosed garden. It is possible to drive through the archway (see the pictures) to park your car if you wish although it is not necessary. The garden has two patio areas, one large with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, and one smaller with bistro table and chairs. There is also a large area with fruit trees and grass. There is charcoal BBQ for customers' use.

It is officially designated as the country’s largest ‘areas of outstanding natural beauty’. Famous for its hillsides, river valley’s and Cotswold Stone Villages, the Cotswolds hold a wealth of history, stunning scenery, fine dining and many varieties of activities for all age levels.

Banbury

Lower Brailes was once the 3rd largest town in the country - in it's hey day being larger than Birmingham! Today, the village is a quiet setting with a stunning church which was built by the workers housed in The George Hotel. The church was once thought to be a cathedral by all the surrounding villages and towns and is proud to house the 3rd biggest and oldest set of 6 bells in the country which to this day still ring to a wonderful sound. There are a wealth of places to visit in the local vicinity, including historical Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon and Warwick with its historic castle and plenty of beautiful villages and towns in the Cotswolds National Park. The historic university town of Oxford also is just a short drive away.

The village itself, can boast no fewer than 10 circular walks which take in some stunning views and scenery.

"Out of the Way, Lots of Space, all the amenities"

We stayed here for a week with two children under four, granny and granddad and me and my husband. The garden was fantastic and the weather was so good we spent a lot of time out there. Beware the wasps hanging around the apple trees though!!
The cottage has all the amenities and is a little way from the major towns but not too far. On a main road so the front rooms have traffic noise. Couldn't really fault the place for a nice break away which is near enough to all the attractions. Stratford upon Avon is only half hour away for example. (check out the Butterfly World there)

"I love this house... but"

Very well equipped, clean and a wonderful garden.
The only downside to this property is there is no mobile telephone signal or internet available. If these become available I would stay at this cottage every time I visit the UK.
