The property won Best Self-Catering Premises Award by Northern Ireland Tourist board with a 5 star status for 2002-2005. This cottage has been newly converted from a former 256 year old barn incorporating many traditional features including exposed stonework, pine floors and a wood burning stove. On site there is both outdoor and indoor play areas. Wheel Chair Friendly with CAT 1 Status.

This detached cottage is set in its own private grounds and gardens, with secure on-site parking for 6 cars. Located one mile from the town of Banbridge the tranquil surroundings offer spectacular panoramic views of rolling countryside and the mountains of Mourne, ensuring a stress-free break where you can unwind, while still under thirty minutes' drive from the bustle of Belfast, off the main Belfast to Dublin road (26 miles from Belfast city, 30 miles from the airport). This property is one of two in a peaceful 60 acre farm setting adjacent to an 18 hole golf course. Traditional features include exposed stonework, pine floors, a welcoming wood burning stove and on site there is an outdoor and an indoor play area. Private furnished gardens are complete with patio and barbecue areas. The cottage is ideal for business and holiday travellers alike. Each detached cottage is circa 1,800 square feet over two storeys.
