About the home

A beautifully presented villa situated on a lush tropical hillside located on a private residential estate in Bang Po. Koh Samui, sweeping views over coconut plantations and to the east you get a sea view towards Angthong Marine Park as well as wonderful sunsets. The villa is set on three levels with a staircase which leads you down to the large infinity swimming pool/ Jacuzzi, sala and sun-deck.

Inside the Villa
As you enter the property you are in the spacious living/dining area which leads out to a large terrace with a covered seating area for extra living space. Western kitchen, with fridge/freezer, gas hob and microwave. Guest toilet/washroom.

There are 2 large bedrooms which are located on either side of the villa. Each bedroom has it’s own private balcony, en-suite bathroom, wardrobes and air-conditioning. There is ample parking for several vehicles. Beautiful tropical plants and water features create the perfect home a way from home. This villa is ideal for 2 couples looking for total privacy. The villa’s interior is furnished with high quality merchandise to ensure you can relax and enjoy all the comforts of modern day living.

Conditions

Payment Terms:
30% deposit and the balance 6 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:
No refund if cancellation is within 30 days of check-in date.
30% of deposit is refunded if cancellation is 31-45 days from check-in date
Full refund if cancellation is more than 45 days from check-in date.

Changeover days are flexible.
Long term renting is considered.

The Koh Samui region

A Tropical Island:
Koh Samui island is located in the Southeast of Thailand. It is sometimes refereed as the island of the coconuts because of the large numbers of coconuts exported from here every month.

Koh Samui has several popular and exotic beaches. The most popular and crowded is Had Chaweng and it is located on the East Coast of Samui. Ten kilometres South of Chaweng you'll find the second most popular beach; Had Lamai. Other beaches are Bo Phut, Maenam, Big Buddha and Bang Por Beach.

The Ban Tai / Santi Thani area

Baan Laan Dao Villa is located in Bang Por (also spelled "Bang Po") in Northern Koh Samui. The villa is approximately 5 minutes drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Bophut Fisherman’s village and 20 minutes to the airport and Chaweng.

Due to the villas location a motor vehicle is essential. There are many rental car hire companies on the island so this can be arranged easily.
