About the home

The villa is a perfect retreat for families as it consists of four double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. A third bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms. There is a separate guest w.c. available on the ground floor.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has a stylish and comfortable interior. The premises are fully equipped with all the latest mod cons including LCD TV, DVD, stereo, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge freezer. The villa is connected to international satelite and broadband Wi-Fi services. Crockery, cutlery and glass wear are also provided. Fresh linen is also readily available, including towels.

There is an inside dining area for six and an outside dining area for eight.

Situated on an exclusive small compound consisting of 4 detached villas sharing a common pool. The house is a few metres of a delightful quiet sandy beach. An excellent location for a family holiday.

Ban Tai Beach

The Koh Samui region

Koh Samui is a delightful tropical haven situated in the Gulf of Thailand, a mere hour's flight from Bangkok.
There are a host of attractions on Samui from many palm frindged sandy beaches to the excellent diving with coral reefs in abundance for the active diver to explore - there are countless professional diving institutions across the island that can arrange trips and instruction.

The island now provides a contrast between the more traditional Samui way of life typically seen in the fishing villages to the modern shopping centres which host many of the familar high street brands both for shopping and dining.

For the more adventurous there is a PGA golf course at Santiburi, go cart track, sailing, kayaking, elephant trekking and jungle tours all ready available. For those prefering to see nature on Samui, then the butterfly farm, mini zoo and aquarium would prove popular.

The Ban Tai area

Coconut Laguna compound is ideally located near the village of Ban Tai. This is the more tranquil part of the island with a quiet sandy beach making it ideal for the perfect family holiday. The house is 20 minutes from the airport and local amenities such as bars, supermarkets, shops and laundry which can be accessed via a short walk along the beach.

Ban Tai is in the North West end of the island and 15 minutes from both Fisherman's Village and Nathon, the capital of Samui. Tesco is 20 minutes drive away and is perfect for people and families who are staying in self-catering accommodation. If you want something more lively then the town of Chaweng, with its myriad of shops, restaurants and bars, is only a further five minutes beyond Tesco's. A further ten minutes bring you to the other 'hot spot' of Lamai. Taxis and other local forms of transport can be easily found.

The villa is located about 10 minutes drive down the coast to the recently opened Four Season resort - a magnificent luxury resort.

Bangkok Airways flies driectly into Koh Samui International airport from Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore & Hong Kong.

A number of ferries operate into Nathon Port from the mainland of Thailand - Nathon is a 15 minute drive from the villa.
