Villa Elysian is the perfect retreat if you are looking for some privacy as there is only one other house in the vicinity with the rest of the surroundings being coconut palms and uninterrupted sea views.

The villa is a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on the North West corner of the tropical island Koh Samui. The villa is perched on a hill side 1km from the beach and commands uninterrupted sea views. There is a 10 x 5m infinity pool, Bose sound system, plasma tv, fibre optic wi-fi internet, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and the villa sits on 800 sqm of landscaped garden.

BREAKFAST OPTIONS

Continental Breakfast (available for 200 Thai Baht per person per day). This package includes;

A fresh fruit platter

Toast with Jams and spreads (Bread rolls etc can be arranged)

If guests would like the staff to do a grocery shop on their behalf, this is available for 300 Thai Baht per delivery (not including groceries cost)

A security deposit of 10,000 Thai Baht (or equivalent currency) is required at check-in. This is returned to the guest at the end of their stay as long as there is no damage to the property.

Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am. These times can be flexible subject to availability.

Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Apart from the stunning views, what really sets this villa apart is the 2 resident staff who are there to ensure that your stay is both enjoyable and stress-free. Bom is on hand to ensure that the villa is cleaned daily and to cook whatever food you may have purchased from the local markets or supermarket. Our other staff member, Ann, ensures that the gardens are kept in truly magnificent condition. They are great with kids also and can provide child minding service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shane (the owner) a message.

If Shane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
