Deposit- 30% of the full cost of the holiday is required on booking.

Full payment – is due not less than 61 days prior to departure. If you do not pay in full 61 days before departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the cancellation charges below will apply. If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of your departure date, then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage.

Cancellation. In the event of your cancellation the following conditions will apply:

Prior to 61 days before departure – deposit forfeited.

60-42 days before departure – 30% of total holiday cost.

41-28 days before departure – 60% of total holiday cost.

27-7 days before departure - 90% of total holiday cost.

Owner has right to change prices at their own discretion. Booking is not secured until deposit paid, booking form to be completed on reservation. Always telephone to ensure booking. Lowest cost advertised there maybe extra cost for linen for full occupancy when extra guests than stated when enquiry made for price as we try to give our guests the best price we can.

These magnificent uninterupted views can be admired over the bay and out towards the sea and Lindisfarne Island (Holy Island) Standing in an area of outstanding beauty, Waren Mill forms an ideal base for both nature lovers and bird watchers, with Lindisfarne Nature Reserve nearby.

Bamburgh

Bamburgh local village 1.5 miles away has all local amenities you need,Champion butcher famous for "Bamburgh Banger", grocers, papers, deli, post office, 2 gift shops, 3 pubs and 4 restaurants. It is a beautiful village green lined with 18th century cottages (one is the Copper Kettle tea shop) with the stunning castle and beach.

Alnwick and its spectacular gardens are close by, whilst Scotland is only a few miles north of the lovely historic Berwick upon Tweed. The River Tweed provides some of best salmon fishing, coastal golf courses in Bamburgh and Seahouses- boat trips to see the seals and puffins, tennis, swimming pool, beauty spa, crazy golf.

I'm glad you had a great holiday! Just thought I had better let others know that we are on the 1st Floor, nearest to river and sea,(ground level being below us.) This is good- because the property is an Old Mill the windows are at different levels- on our floor they are all the correct height for good views. Also there is a lift which although not necessary handy to have if needed. Best wishes Tracy

Modern apartment with views over lindesfarne nature reserve from living room and over a babbling brook from master bedroom. Very clean and tidy, only exception was oven which had filthy oven trays, so… More

We try our very best to ensure our guests enjoy our apartment, the cleaner has been informed of the trays and new ones are now in place. The heating in bedrooms are manually controlled and heaters in lounge/ kitchen are night storage heaters that come on twice a day and manually controlled temperature so you can choose your own temperature- the walls are very well insulated (2ft thick) We encourage guests to always contact us if any problems arise during there stay so we can help kindest regards tracy

"Great views"

This was a great place to have a holiday. The views over Budle Bay is ever changing and we spent much gime watching out of the window at the wild birds. The apartment was well appointed and clean. We wanted for nothing. It was central on the east coast of Northumberland and easy access to loads of wonderful places. The apartment was a rel treat. No complaints whatsoever.
