"Very misleading on the website"

Poor quality goods in the kitchen. Very poor on the cleaning and promise of equipment required for babies. Mis leading on the web site regarding the access for the local gym at Sea houses… More

We appreciate you taking the time to note your comments.

With regards to the Ocean Club in Seahouses, owners do pay for exclusive access to the gym which is a benefit to guests because the gym is not available to the public, only paying members. The various activities at the gym do incur varied costs however. To ensure this is absolutely clear, we have now amended references to the Ocean Club on our website to clarify that while membership is free to them, the gym activities do carry their own costs.

It is a shame you did not contact the office re: baby equipment. We do supply some equipment through the agency including a travel cot and high char and will always aim to provide other items if guests contact us in advance of their arrival.

The kitchen at Old Farm has been rated 5 stars by Visit England so we are not sure how this can be improved further but guests are welcome to contact us if they are not satisfied with the kitchen during their stay.
