We rent an upscale apartment that was stylishly renovated in 2010 and provides a comfortable ambiance for our guests. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a living room with fold-out couch, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Almost all the furniture and fixtures and are custom-made especially for this apartment. The highlight is the outdoor seating in a small courtyard. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, oven, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, etc. The living room has a stereo system and large flat screen TV with cable connection and a DVD player. As of 03/01/2012 there is strong wireless internet. There are sound proof windows of the latest design and external blinds to darken any brighter-than-normal sunlight. The apartment has solid wood floors in all rooms and has central underfloor heating.
