The holiday home is located in Sierra Golf which is situated approximately 2km from Balsicas,10 km from San Javea airport,45 min from Alicante and approximately 2hrs from Almeria. Situated within a short distance of many golf courses,shopping centres,restaurants,beaches and Murcian mountains.
We can offer a pick up service from or to the airport at a small extra charge.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Situated just past Balsicas with good views of the Murcian mountains and surrounding groves. The Costa Calida region in Spain boasts its own micro-climate and is formed around the Mar Menor, which is Europe’s largest Salt Water Lagoon. Not many tourist destinations can boast both a salt water lagoon and beautiful beaches, but the Murcian region in Spain quite rightly can.
Balsicas / Sierra Golf area
Murcia is one of the smaller regions of Spain and nowhere is more than about one and a half hours from Murcia Airport (San Javier) which is located on the coast of the Mar Menor. The coastal area of Murcia is known as the Costa Calida or “Warm Coast”. Sierra Golf in Balsicas is an excellent central point to access all areas including the many bars, restaurants, golf courses and shopping centres stretched throughout the area.
How to get there
The property is approximately 15 minutes from San Javea airport or about 45 mins.From Alicante, its a very simple drive and full instructions including post code for sat nav will be given at time of booking.

Strictly no smoking An airport pick up service can be arranged for a small extra charge. A small grocery pack can be arranged at cost.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100.00p is required with the final balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after your departure after final inspection.
30% of the rental fee is due on booking to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to your arrival (to include £100.00p breakages deposit). A deposit of 40 euros must be handed to the key holder on acceptance of keys. This will be refunded when keys are return to the key holder at check out.
Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
This property is ideal for families with young children.Equally ideal for adults only groups for especially golfers and keen watersports enthusiasts.
