About the home

Casa Rosula is a luxurious 4 bedroom ( all doubles) 3 bathroom detached golf villa with a private pool where you can enjoy lazy days soaking up the sun or for those feeling energetic play golf, just 70 euros for a weeks use of the course, swim in the warm waters of the Mar Menor, or visit the historic towns and cities of Murcia

The villa is fully appointed with all you need for a holiday , just bring your suncream and swim wear. There are two lounges,and a separate large dining area.

The villa has its own private pool , secluded terraces and BBQ area which allows al fresco dining , fun and relaxation.

The villa is ideal for extended families , groups of friends or golfers to enjoy.
There are two bars on site which also offer snacks/ meals.
The town of Balsicas (5km) has a number of small supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, restaurants garage repair centre and petrol station.

Casa Rosula benefits from two separate lounge areas , both with large flat screen TV's and DVDs, ipod docking/boom box.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need during your holiday including a washing machine
There is a secluded 1st floor solarium with further terraces at ground floor level for you to enjoy a cool drink and al fresco dining.
Inside the villa is spacious with large lounge to ground floor and an even larger separate lounge to the lower ground floor.
As well as the two separate lounges there is also a large lounge/dining area with large flat screen tv, Wii box and formal dining that will seat a minimum of 8.
High ceilings and marble floors throughout with numerous windows give a cool , light feel.
There are leather sofa's for seating split betwen the two lounges, with bean bags for more relaxed seating
Each of the 4 bedrooms has twin beds.
There are 2 additional beds and/or blow up matress's if required to allow 10 people to sleep
Cot, high chair and safety gates are available for a small charge from the keyholder
Each of the bathrooms has shower facilities, with the ground floor bathroom having a bath for those who like to relax after a long day in the pool and sun or on the golf course.
All linen and towels, including pools towels are provided
There are hairdryers in each of the bathrooms.
The tvs are linked to satellite for watching all your favourite UK programmes.
There are dvd players for each of the TV's and a Wii box for games etc
Large number of novels and DVD's are located in lower ground floor lounge.

There are 2 terraces and a large private garden area complete with 8 sunloungers and a large gazebo , to allow you all day sun and shade.
A large BBQ allows al fresco dining.
There are outside tables and chairs to seat 16
The roof solarium gives 360 views and looks over the golf course and to the Mar Menor in the distance.
The swimming pool and shower allows you to cool off at your leisure(pool towels provided), pool toys are provided for the young or not so young at heart.
There is ramped access to the rear for those who require wheelchair access
The golf course is 1 minute walk from the villa, just 70 euros for a full weeks golf,
there are two onsite bars , both serving food, again within 2 /3 minutes walk.
For the golfer there are a further 10 courses within 20 minutes drive with the world famous La Manga complex only 25 minutes away and the Polaris World Golf trail 10 minutes away.

The Costa Calida region

Sierra Golf is in the historic Murcia region of Spain, situated on the Costa Calida and enjoying the best micro climate in Spain.

The Mar Menor is an inland lagoon, separated from the sea by the strip of land known as La Manga, which has 250km of glorious child friendly beaches with promenades , play areas and a sea temperature 5C above the Mediterranean average.One of the resorts, Lo Pogan, has world famous thermal mud baths which are renowned for their healing properties.

The historic port of Cartagena is the scene of the Roman, Carthagenan wars which are celebrated with a 10 day long fiesta in September each year. Cartagena was also the starting point for Hannibals historic trek to conquer Rome. The city of Murcia and the out of town shopping complexes allow shopping galore.

The Balsicas / Sierra Golf area

The town of Balsicashas a number of small supermarkets, shops restaurants , pharmacy and petrol station.
Larger supermarkets can be found in Los Alcazares, San Pedro del Pinatar and Lo Pogan

There is a large water park and zoo at Terra Natura on the outskirts of Murcia, around 20 minutes drive
The resort of Benidorm is around 90 minutes away.
Paramount studios are to open a large theme park in 2014, at Alhama, around 30mins away from Casa Rosula

Historic Granada is a 3 hour drive.

Alicante is around 55 minutes drive.
The new airport at Covera around 20mins away is due to open in 2013
