Connemara Lettings are delighted to offer this newly built stone house with very spacious and bright accommodation and fabulous lake views situated on a quiet road within a short drive of white sandy beaches & Connemara Championship Links Golf Course.

Lakeview House is a perfect home for families or large groups in the West of Ireland with spectacular Connemara scenery of a lake and the mountains. Surrounded by some of the best white sandy beaches that Connemara has to offer this location is ideal for sailing, canoeing, surfing, swimming, fishing or pony trekking.

Accomodation:

The property is tastefully furnished throughout, the reception room is bright and very spacious with an open fire, fully equipped fitted kitchen, dining table seating for 6 people with open fireplace. There is a double bedroom downstairs, separate bathroom and utility room. Stairs to first floor with 4 very spacious double bedrooms (2 ensuite showers) and a separate shower room. There is ample storage space and a wooden cot is available. There is plenty of car parking space to the front and back of the property.

Ground floor:

Double bedroom with twin beds, triple aspect with lake and mountain views, clothes hanging space, open fireplace.

Double bedroom with double bedroom and wardrobe space. Double aspect to rear of the house with mountain views.

Top Floor:

4 large double bedrooms with hanging space and two ensuite shower rooms

Location:

Situated a couple of miles from Ballyconneely is the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone beautifully set on one of the most spectacular coastal drives in Ireland overlooking the Atlantic at the foot of Errisbeg Mountain. Here one will find a busy harbour where local fishermen prepare and return with the day's catch, Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Mackerel and Cod . The town itself boasts a good selection of bars and seafood restaurants crammed full of locally caught seafood.

Within a short drive is Keogh's with its pub, restaurant and shop. Further on is another local shop, post office, church and childrens playground. The bustling town of Clifden (Capital of Connemara) is only 7 miles away with it's fabulous restaurants, bars with lively traditional & modern music, boutiques, cafes and art galleries. Here you will find 3 supermarkets.
