"Overall - good"
Central location and the apartment was overall really good. We had issues with the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms that wasn't dealt with and we had to ask someone we knew to sort it out. W… More
Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry once again for the issue with the smoke alarm battery. It's unfortunate you didn't mention this to Denise who looks after the apartment for us as it could have been quickly rectified. We do take on board the issue with keys and our guests are now given two sets in case like yourselves you get locked out late at night and have to call on us to let you in. I'm sorry the blinds did not keep the early morning light out. It's a bright and airy apartment and we feel the blinds give a modern and contemporary feel.

"Handiest location ever! Want to go back now!"
Harbour View could not be more conveniently, and pleasantly, located. Literally across the road is the lovely beach, harbour, delightful promenade area with play park, fountains, benches etc, and a free car park. Right next door is a well-stocked Spar. Never do a 'big shop' again - just pop down as and when you need something!
The apartment is very spacious and modern. The provision of an en suite and a family bathroom is very welcome. Moira and Denise could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and run smoothly. Their attention to their guests was outstanding. We were delighted to be able to take our small dog and respected the request to keep her downstairs.
There's too much to say about Northern Ireland and this corner of it, to mention here. Suffice to say the coast is stunning and the people are wonderful. We would return to NI, Ballycastle and Harbour View in a flash!
Thank you so much for your review. We really try our best to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. You are right - Harbour View Apartment's location could not be better. Thanks Louise
