This exclusive, air-conditioned, three-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of the upmarket complex Ballito Manor, but has a ground floor entrance. The unit is situated on the main beach with spectacular beach- and sea views from the spacious balcony.
The apartment has three bedrooms, all en-suite and two of these are equipped with flat screen TV’s. Sleeps 6 people in two king size beds and 2 single beds. Two of the bedrooms lead out onto the balcony through sliding doors, which add to the unit’s outdoor-living atmosphere. Linen and duvets are provided and also bath towels.
The open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, leads through sliding doors onto the balcony with patio furniture and a Weber braai. The modern kitchen, with a breakfast nook, is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer plus another fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
In the dining room an 8 seater dining table provides space for elegant entertaining. In the immaculately furnished lounge there is another flat screen TV with a home theatre and DSTV. For your convenience an internet connection point is also provided.
In the landscaped gardens is a beautiful swimming pool area. A double lock up garage and open parking for guests are an added feature.
