It has been finished to a particularly high standard and the wonderfully bright, open-plan living area covers the entire first floor and features a high ceiling with stunning exposed oak beams
The property is in a small hamlet, on a quiet lane 0.5 miles off the main road close to the distillery and Visitor Centre, and is also bordered by the River Spey and Spey Way Walk.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all ground floor, 1 king-size with en-suite, 1 further king-size and 1 double. Bathroom: with freestanding bath and shower unit with a further separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: woodburner, TV with freesat, DVD , hi-fi. Kitchen area is well-fitted with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility area off hallway: washer/dryer. Outside: rear suntrap private decking. Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric and supply of solid fuel included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: please note the property has steep stairs to the bedrooms and parents are politely asked to supervise children under 5 years at all times. Location: shop within 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
