Nia Roo is a stone cottage in the centre of the Highlands village of Tomintoul. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and one twin plus a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, a utility and boot room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a courtyard with outdoor furniture. A wonderful touring location with plenty of local village amenities, Nia Roo is a lovely family holiday cottage in a stunning location.

Ballindalloch

An attractive village nestling on the northern slopes of the Cairngorms National Park, at 1160ft Tomintoul boasts the title of Highest Village in the Highlands. Tomintoul offers shops and a pub, and is situated on the main road between Royal Deeside and the Highlands, making it an excellent base for exploring all that the region has to offer. There is stunning scenery, the renowned Whisky and Castle trails, walk along the Speyside trail, or ski at nearby Lecht & Aviemore - the choice is yours!
