A 4 bedroom semi.detached end house about 2 minutes walk to town center. Near the river Moy and fishing tackle shops Sitting room with wooden floor,leather couch and cable T.V. Hallway,kitchen and dining room floors tiled.
Kitchen fully equipped and an additional fridge freezer in the outhouse with the washing and clothes dryer.
Four bedrooms with 4 double beds and a single bed. Two bathrooms,one with an electric shower and the other with the electric shower over the bath.

Ballina is ideally situated for touring the Belmullet / Erris area and Yeats county in Sligo . It is only about 9 miles from Foxford where you will find Foxford woolen mills and visitor center.Enniscrone is about 6 miles from Ballina and has 3 miles of sandy beech that you can drive onto, Lacken and Ross are other beeches in the area. If its golf you are into.you are well served by Ballinas golf course,Enniscrone golf course and the now famous Belmullet links course. Ballina also has its own pitch and putt.

The Ballina / Moy area

Ballina is Mayos second largest town with a population of about 12,000 people. It is a vibrant town with numerious hotels,pubs and a wide variety of restaurants serving,Irish,European and Asian cuisane.Ballina area is renowed for its fishing in both lakes and rivers with the river Moy which flows through Ballina known as The Salmon Capital of Ireland. It is surrounded by numerious lakes,the best known being Lough Conn in Pontoon which is famous for its brown trout and salmon fishing and covers an area of over 14,000 acres. Beleek woods in Ballina is situated along the banks of the river Moy. It comprises of over a 1,000 acres which makes it one of the largest urban woodlands in Europe. It is a peaceful haven of up to 6 miles of natural pathways and while walking there you might catch a glimpse of our national red squirrel. Ballina also have an indoor swimming pool and leisure center and a cineme with 6 screens.It also runs a very successful street festival in July.
