Welcome toRiver Edge a4 bedroom detached clean and comfortable bunglow with enclosed garden and private safe parking for up to 4 cars .It is furnished to a high standered, is well equipped and includes bed linen and bathroom towels. Also included in price is heating oil, fuel and electricity, so no meter reading. It has wooden floors in all bedrooms and the bathroom and shower room are fully tiled. The bathroom has a shower over the bath,a wash hand basin and a w/c The shower room has an electric shower, a wash hand basin and a w/c . There is a sitting room with a wooden floor, a three piece suite, electric heater,T.V, video and DVD. It also has has a dining room with open fire, TVd video The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave,coffeemaker,dish washer and TV. In the outhouse you will find the washing machine and cloth dryer

Ballina is atown with apopulation of 15000 approx and is built on the famous River Moy, famous for its trout and salmon fishing, it is also close to three good fishing lakes,L. Conn, L Cullen and L Brohy.It also has one of the top 5 festivels in Ireland which usually takes place in the middle of July and is over a10 day period.For the children is awell maintained park/play ground maintained by the local council and is completely free,if its raining Ballina has alarge indoor play area.There is also a swimming pool ,a tennis court, and a 6 screen cinema. Ballina is well served with lots of good pubs, restaurents and hotels.
How to get there
Fly to Knock Ireland West Airport is about 50kms away from property. Galway and Sligo airports are the next nearest. Shannon and Dublin airports are about 4 hours drive away. Dun Laoighere ( Dublin ) is the nearest ferry port. Ballina train and bus station is only 2kms away.

One of the best equipped houses we ever stayed in Delighted it was so child friendly with our children allowed to mix and play on trampoline and swings ect. Having electricity, fuel and heating costs included in overall price is agreat idea
