For rentals in excess of 2 weeks there will be a minimum dilapidation deposit of one month's rent.
Full rental payable immediately unless booking is six weeks or prior.
Gas and Electricity readings to be taken on check-in and check-out and will be charged at the rate charged by Manx Gas and MEA. El;ectricty is included on all rentals from 9th June to 29th September

The Isle of Man region

Ballasalla is located in the South of the island near Castletown and the airport and ideally situated for exploring the island. The local pub is 100yds from the property, there is a Doctor's Surgery & Post Office, a Chinese Restaurant, and one of the best restaurants on the island Rushen Abbey within walking distance.
The Silverburn river runs through the village and there is a delightful walk up through Silverdale Glen and cafe within minutes of the property. There is a bus stop directly outside the property and buses runs approximately every 20mins to Douglas (north) and Castletown and South of the island. The steam railway also runs through the village going south to Port St Mary and Port Erin via Castletown or north to Douglas. Where with a short walk you can then connect to the Horse Tram and Manx Electric Railway

Very well equipped cottages. We shared bluebell and lilac as all in 1 group. Bluebell has great finish. Plenty space for all three of us.Little details like hairdryer inroom. Well lit. Lots of drawer … More

"Nice property with efficient owners."
Nice property, with kind owners. The flat itself is well furnished and very nice.
Fairly well located although the road alongside the flat can get quite noisy during mornings and evening but it is generally very calm from 11pm onwards. Close to a local pub and a few very small food stores although it is not within walking distance of a supermarket.
Owners were easily reached and came and solved any problems rapidly. Their proximity is a plus. The property provided all the necessary items for an extended stay (ironing, washing, cooking,...), although it does lack a clothes line and a the only open air space is not very private (balcony).
Near numerous bus routes. Easy cycling and walking access. Although parking has to be arranged as it gets quite busy.
