In LILAC Cottage small non shedding dogs may be considered written permission must be obtained from owners prior to rental together with a signed acceptance of our Pet Policy, a supplement of £50 will be charged per week (for carpet cleaning at the end of the rental).

Ballasalla is located in the South of the island near Castletown and the airport and ideally situated for exploring the island. The local pub is 100yds from the property, there is a Doctor's Surgery & Post Office, a Chinese Restaurant, and one of the best restaurants on the island The Abbey within walking distance.
The Silverburn river runs through the village and there is a delightful walk up through Silverdale Glen and cafe within minutes of the property. There is a bus stop directly outside the property and buses runs approximately every 20 mins to Douglas (8 miles) and Castletown, Port Erin (8 miles).The steam railway also runs through the village going south to Port St Mary and Port Erin via Castletown or north to Douglas and with a short walk in Douglas connects to the Horse Tram and Manx Electric Railway
