There is a good-sized sitting room with open stairs to the first floor which has a spacious kingsize bedroom, a twin bedroom and the bathroom. The dining room leads from the sitting room to a large separate kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.

Award-winning East Briscoe Farm Cottages are set in a beautifully peaceful, south-facing position, on a 14-acre wooded riverside estate in Teesdale, County Durham.
Bookings start and end on Fridays and/or Mondays - short breaks are available throughout the year.
