This newly built first floor luxury property is within walking distance of Balatonlelle and forms part of an exclusive Yacht Club.
The apartment benefits from excellent views of Lake Balaton and is just 50 metres from a private small sandy beach and exclusive marina. There is use of shared outdoor pool and for an extra charge you may use the indoor pool, children’s swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, squash courts, massage and fitness room.
There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance with golf courses and watersports available nearby. The properties are close to Balatonlelle Railway Station and public transport networks and has the advtange of its own parking space.

The Transdanubia / Pannonia / Somogy/Lake Balaton region
There are a number of sporting activities close to the apartments; water sports include water-skiing and windsurfing. The hills which surround the lake are ideal for walking, horse riding and even golf.
In addition to the outside pool (use of which is included in the rental charge) there is also an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, squash courts, and a massage and fitness room which may be used at an additional charge. Places to visit include the resort of Keszthely where the main attractions are Festetics Castle, beach and pedestrian area. If you are in Keszthely it is worth visiting the spa town of Heviz; the water of Gyógy-tó is warm all year round, even when there is snow!
The capital of Balaton is Siófok with its promenade along the beach front and good selection of bars, restaurants, tourist shops and nightlife
Balatonelle area
There are shops and restaurants in nearby picturesque Balatonlelle which is just a 10 minute walk away. There is a restaurant on the complex at the marina which serves Hungarian and International Cuisine and is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartments.
Just 15 minutes drive away is a Tesco Supermarket. There is an outdoor water park within a 10 minute walk.

Flights to Hungary are available from major UK airports.
Direct flights to Balaton are available with Ryanair.
We highly recommend car hire to make the most of the area.
Budapest airport (Ferhegy) is 130km away, Balaton airport is 65km away.

A large stylish open plan lounge / kitchen area with two easy chairs and a sofa bed (converting into a double bed). There is a television with satellite channels and a DVD player. In addition, there is a dining area with seating for 4. The lounge has magnificent views and leads to the large furnished balcony area.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is one spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a large window with excellent lake views. A hair-dryer is also provided.
There is a separate toilet and the luxury bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and shaver point.
Bedding and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has air-conditioning and is ideal for families, elderly and couples (please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs. Once accessed, the apartment is on one level. ). The apartment is within walking distance to centre of Balatonlelle, the marina and private sandy beach. Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of the surrounding area.
Outside: The apartment has a large balcony area which is furnished with a table and four luxury relaxing chairs. There are views over the spacious landscaped gardens and shared pool. The surrounding maintained gardens are the perfect place to sit and relax. The property benefits from its own private parking space.
Coast/Beach: The property is located next to Balaton Lake and guests may use the small private sandy beach which is within walking distance from the apartments. In the summer there is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the beach in the evening watching the sun set over the hills and enjoying a bottle of wine, grown in one of the local vineyards. In the summer months, the water temperature of Lake Balaton reaches nearly 26˚c.

Conditions
A non-refundable booking deposit of £150 per rental week is required within 10 days of making your booking. A refundable £100.00 security deposit is required with the final payment (subject to satisfactory property inspection, the security deposit will to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure). The balance should be paid at least 10 weeks prior to the departure date. For bookings less than 12 weeks away, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Changeover day: Changeover is usually on a Saturday, however, there may be some flexibility depending on availability (please email to enquire). Access to the apartments is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and they must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
