Afon Wen is a very attractive detached luxury holiday cottage presented throughout to a beautiful standard. The cottage is believed to be more than 300 years old and was originally a mill house. The property is stunning in every respect and has many special character features. The 5 bedrooms are all luxuriously presented and each has its own individual style.

This luxurious holiday cottage in Snowdonia is located near Bala and sleeps 9 guests.

For guests lucky enough to have their own horse Afon Wen has stables and an exercise arena so you can bring your horse on holiday too - additional stabling cost applies.

This 5 star holiday cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. The coast is never far away, with beaches, cliff walks, towns and villages with excellent pubs and restaurants - all you could need for a holiday or short break.

The holiday rental is located a short distance from the village of Llandderfel where there is a traditional and cosy pub, walk a little further walk to the elegant and luxusious Palé Hall which welcomes non-residents for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. What a treat !

Just a short drive away is the Tyddyn Llan Restaurant with its Michelin Star - one of Wales' best restaurants.

"Truly gorgeous house"
