Treat yourself at this luxury self-catering cottage with a private hot tub, maid service and even full Welsh breakfast and delicious meals delivered to your cottage on request. Nant y Bryn is a cosy, warm and welcoming cottage, surrounded by the mountains and lakes of Snowdonia, within walking distance to an excellent local pub / restaurant. Walk or cycle along Llyn (Lake) Tegid, catch the steam train 1 mile away to the market town of Bala and enjoy a wide variety of watersports at the National White Water Centre and on Llyn Tegid.
The private hot-tub is located in the garden overlooking the fields and the old oak trees (price fully inclusive for unlimited use). Garden furniture and BBQ set, with a small unfenced brook running through the garden. There are also 2 play areas:

The Bala area
Nant y Bryn self-catering cottage is located in a stunning location overlooking the picturesque village of Llanuwchllyn and the Aran mountain. Set at the southern tip of Snowdonia National Park in North Wales it offers a great central point to take a holiday or short break.
Llanuwchllyn is a mile away and a visit to the Eagles Inn is a must for excellent home made food and cold beer - the traditional Welsh Sunday lunch is a treat not to be missed. Enjoy a lovely walk along the river Lliw or a longer, scenic walk along the shores of Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) to the market town of Bala. Alternatively, hop on the little steam train from the village and travel in style.
Bala is 4.5 miles away and has a number of good quality restaurants and pubs. This bustling town lies within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the other end of Llyn Tegid, the largest natural lake in Wales and home to unique fish called the Gwyniaid. It is also home to watersports of all types that can be enjoyed with or without expert instruction. Nearby, the National White Water Centre, Canolfan Tryweryn offers white knuckle rafting and much more. Bala Leisure Centre with swimming pool & waterslide is also nearby.
A wealth of outdoor activities are literally on the doorstep from rock climbing, gorge walking, canoeing, pony trekking, quad biking to mountain biking in the stunning Coed y Brenin Forest trails and more. If all this sounds all a bit like too much hard work, why not take a gentle stroll or drive and take in some of the most breathtaking scenery in Europe.

Wales is easily reached from the London airports whether you travel by train, car or bus. If you rent a car, you can get from London to South Wales in only two to three hours. By train it’s even quicker, just two hours from London to Cardiff. If you prefer to travel by bus, National Express coach services travel direct to both South Wales and North Wales.
