Bakewell area
Bakewell is a small historic market town in the heart of the peak district national park. It is located on the River Wye about 13 miles southwest of Sheffield. It is close to the tourist attractions of chatsworth house and haddon hall. It is well known for the local confection known as the Bakewell tart and pudding. It attracts many domestic and international tourists.

Conditions
£200 non refundable deposit required to secure the reservation. In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-returnable unless a minimum of one month’s notice is given and the holiday is re-booked, in which case, an administration charge of £20 will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned.
A fuel supplement will be payable on bookings made between September 15th through to April 30th at a rate of £50 per week.
Refundable cleaning deposit of £200 required with balance payment, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Balance of rental fee due six weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 6 weeks ahead are due payment in full at time of reservation.
