The Heart of England/Peak District

Youlgrave is a small picturesque village in the Peak Park.

Close to Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Tissington Hall, Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock.

Fantastic walking country and lovely scenery to make you want to explore more.

Alternatively if walking is not for you there are plenty of local pubs and restaurants to enjoy and many of them serving local produce.

Come and explore it for yourself as I am sure you might find out more than I could possibly write. Youlgrave does have the benefit of the limestone way on its door step.

Youlgrave has a village shop, a butchers, post office and three pubs serving meals at lunchtimes and in the evening

"Luxury mod cons & kind/helpful personal touches. Amazing Bradford Dale views from the garden."

Penny the owner went out of her way to make our holiday as comfortable as possible. Lots of little extra personal touches and items made it all the more special. Crisp fresh linens, personalised robes, home bakes bread & cake, eggs from the owners chickens and lots of other bits - such a warm and friendly welcome. The accommodation was very clean, well thought out and of a high standard. There was a little enclosed courtyard patio for us plus a special lawned garden area at the end of the owners own beautiful garden which had the most stunning views over the Bradford Dale. We will definitely be rebooking again.
