The Heart of England/Peak District

Being nearby to the famous Spa Town of Buxton, visitors to Bakewell will not be far from exciting attractions such as the Buxton Opera House and Poole's Cavern and the famous Chatsworth House is also nearby, making Bakewell an excellent choice of destination for anyone wishing to explore the best of what the Peak District has to offer.

lovely old very clean cottage ,with a stair case both sides of the home each leading to its own bedroom and bath/shower .the cottage is well equiped with everything we needed,great location and only five minutes walk to the town centre,outside parking...great pubs great food very nice people
