Further details outdoors:
The barn was built in 1765 with sandstone from the local quarry across the lane, the oak beams and trusses hewn from the Tomlinson's Woods across the fields. An old wives' tale says that trees from the same wood were used to build some of Nelson's ships, and that the stone is used in some of the major buildings in London. Therefore, due to it's rarity, it is quarried VERY occasionally, maybe 1 afternoon per month.
Outside, the meadow, patios, decklng and ample private carparking surround the property.
A secret oasis from the cares of the world with fantastic , panoramic views.
A hidden jewel...
And ONLY 1 of them... complete seclusion.
After a stay at the' Secret ' @ Peak Serenity, you will leave more relaxed with your joie de vivre renewed, ready to face the world again...... Come....
