The apartment consists of a cosy but bright lounge with a comfortable corner couch unit and chaise longue, and all things required for contemporary living. The modern kitchen has all accoutrements for the chef in the family. A large king-size bedroom boasts sumptious linens and bathrobes, and through the picture window the vista opens out before you encompassing meadows ,hills and sky as far as the eye can see. The original beams and stone walls enhance the building. Watch the wildlife , sip freshly brewed coffee and listen to the quietness., only broken by the birdsong. Perfect for that busy Director's retreat.....for a honeymooner's hide-a-way....or just somewhere to escape from the world .. Relax.....unwind...feel the peace....
Further details outdoors: The barn was built in 1765 with sandstone from the local quarry across the lane, the oak beams and trusses hewn from the woods across the fields.
