The most important: there is nothing between the apartment and the beach. No road, no 'paseo maritimo'. The apartment is absolutely front-line!

The community has 6 private swimming pools, tennis court and private carpark. All of them are free of charge. Internet, A/C and heating is free of charge. Babycot, highchair, trolley also available free of charge.

Bahia Dorada has been declared a protected zone by the government because of its authentic andalusian atmosphere and mature vegetation.

•Payment Terms: To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of 30% is required. The full rental fee is due 4 weeks before arrival, paid to our spanish bank account, to PayPal account (2% paypal charge also has to be paid ) or debit/credit card.

The final cleaning fee and the damage deposit of EUR 100 are due 7 days before arrival. Damage deposit is 100% refundable less the cost of any breakages or damage on the day of departure).

If you come with pet, prices may change. Contact owner for details.

Final cleaning may vary based on the unit and the number of the guest. There are no additional charges whatsoever as the price includes all heating, electricity, air conditioning, internet, bedsheets, towels etc..

Using the tennis court is also free of charge.

Parking is free.

Additional cleaning could be applied for 30-40 Euros.

The Andalucia region

Costa del Sol is the best place in the world. The daily temperature is between 20 and 30 celsius in the whole year.

You can reach both Seville and Granada in 2.5 hours and Gibraltar in 40 minutes by car. The port area boasts pubs, clubs and sporting activities such as boat trips and places to book quad biking and excursions. There is a wonderful wild life safari nearby. Locals are friendly and many speak English..oh, and the weather is fantastic.

Bahia Dorada

Estepona is an unspoilt fishing town with its own harbour and beautiful golden sandy beaches. A diverse town which will appeal to those looking for a lively night life or just a nice relaxing holiday. It really does have the best of both worlds and to be fully appreciated needs to be explored. In the summer there are traditional Spanish 'fiestas' and during 'Semana Santa' the town holds religious parades. There are some amazing restaurants in town such as La Casa de mi Abuela, specialising in enormous Argentinian steaks and Ronnie's Restaurant is a true gastronomic experience. Shopping facilities are very good and include local boutiques and hypermarkets. You can reach both Seville and Granada in 2.5 hours and Gibraltar in 40 minutes by car. "Ideal Location"

"Wonderful time in a lovely apartment in Estepona."

We (7 people) stayed in Nora in the beginning of July for 1 week. It is the perfect place for those who like to have their vacation as close to the sea as can be (we even saw the dolphins from our terrace one morning!), away from busy beaches and/or those with children. You just step out from the apartment to the terrace, grass, sand, sea.... We had a car as we had decided to drive around, too. Although we first worried about the distance (90km from Malaga in darkness with 3 little children), the drive went very quickly (app 45 min) and smoothly in every way. We drove every day to different places, the distance was never a problem.
