The property is located in a very safe and secure location ideal for young ones, it is opposite the famous Sunset Bar Kumaras, and a 1minute walk to the entertainment on the bay of San Antonio.
The house has all the needs you require for a perfect holiday, sky tv, it is on 3 floors on the first floor is 1 bedroom, lounge and kitchen with small enclosed garden. On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the 3rd floor a roof terrace.

The Ibiza region
This is the most famous island belonging to Spain and is known not only for its outstanding natural beauty and perfect holiday weather but also for many tourist resorts.
Throughout the centuries Ibiza was under many rulings, from Romans to Vandals, Christians and Muslims, all those cultures have left their mark in the islands architecture, cuisine and traditions.
Nowadays you can admire the ruins, stunning churches and other architectural remains. If you are a fun of active holiday, you will find loads of different activities ranging from scuba diving through cycling alongside the cost to the party time at night.
The house is situated in the bay of San Antonio close to the family side and 20 min walk to the lively west end.

The house is a stones throw from the beach and also close to all bus routes, also 5 mins from the small boats to all the beaches on the island.
There is plenty of family entertainment and places to eat right on your doorstep. All the amenities are within walking distance and popping out to the local bar or a restaurant is easier than you think.
