The flats are within 9 meters infront of the sea so it is posible to sea all the boat races from the terraces, , bedroom, kitchen,& lounge.. The two bedrooms are located far from each other, each one with their bathroom, As they are corner flats there are no close neighbours, As they are very sunny apartments all the rooms have sun shutters. There are 2 large lifts and a comunity swimming pool. You can allways have a swim before going to bed & then just go up in the large lift,, so itīs all very ideal for families or romantic couples,,,, The higenic standard of the property is of a very high standard. It is also ideal for clients with disability , there is an indoor ramp with 2 very large lifts..and security entrance.. Further details indoors: These corner apartments acomodates from 4 up to 6 people in each one,, The views are the best in all this area, It is the sunset area of the island which can be seen just infront. Jet water skiing and parachuting can be used from the beach on the side for the summer months, & in the winter months, one can take enjoyable walks to the other side of the bay along the promenade if one does not wish to take the ferry..There is a private car park that belongs to the building.There is also close entertainment if one wishes, but the flats are located in a very quiet elegant building. As they are corner apartments, one beneath the other,, there is always fresh air running through the apartments as they are on the fourth and third floor..which includes 3 sides to the building so there is allways a current of wonderful fresh sea air,,.... There are large ceiling fans should anyone need them . In the building there are 2 large lifts, a ramp for wheelchairs and ithe apartments are situated in one of the best areas..All the rooms, bedrooms, lounge and both bathrooms,etc have all smoked glass windows to the exterior to provide more privacy,, There is no close building near.. There are deck chairs around the comunity swimming pool if needed..These apartments offer the best recipe for the Ideal & wonderful Holiday !!
Further details outdoors: All amenities for adults and fun grounds for children are all very close,, . All towels & linen will be provided..apart from beach towels.. Ferry boats are constantly available at all times just next to the building,, There is also the bus that can be used just up the road that will take you into San Antonio itself,, There is also a mini golf, aprox 15 minutes walk.. & there are blown up dragons etc for the youngsters and if your sons/daughters enjoy fishing ,, it is posible to watch them from the apartment balconies,, Self catering
