Both apartments with refs: ( 21209 & 27375 ) are within 9 meters infront of the sea so it is posible to sea all the boat races from the terraces, , bedroom, kitchen,& lounge..One apartment is just below the other,, so great for large families or groups of 10/12 adults.Please look at both availabilities,. The two bedrooms are located far from each other, each one with their bathroom, As they are corner flats there are no close neighbours, As they are very sunny apartments all the rooms have sun shutters. There are 2 large lifts and a comunity swimming pool. You can allways have a swim before going to bed & then just go up in the large lift,, so it´s all very ideal for families or romantic couples,,,, The higenic standard of the property is of a very high standard. It is also ideal for clients with disability , there is an indoor ramp to make easy access for suitcases or people with a disability.... We accept .weekly, 10, 12, days or fortnight rentals only... How to get there

The location of the Penthouse suite and the apartment below are situated in one of the best areas available, all amenaties are in close walking distance ( 50 metres )and the ferry boats are just on the right hand side of the building.as well as a beautiful white sandy beach, We acept only on a holiday basis & All year round,. GREAT for families.romantic couples & for groups of 10 to 12 adults !!!

These corner apartments acomodates from 5 up to 6 people in each one,,12 adults all together.. The views are the best in all this area, It is the sunset area of the island which can be seen just infront. of the building. Jet water skiing and parachuting can be used from the beach on the side for the summer months, & in the winter months, one can take enjoyable walks to the other side of the bay along the promenade if one does not wish to take the ferry..There is a private car park that belongs to the building.There is also close entertainment if one wishes, but the flats are located in a very quiet elegant building. As they are corner apartments, one beneath the other,, there is always fresh air running through the apartments as they are on the fourth and third floor..which includes 3 sides to the building so there is allways a current of wonderful fresh sea air,,.... There are large ceiling fans should anyone need them . In the building there are 2 large lifts, a ramp for wheelchairs and ithe apartments are situated in one of the best areas..All the rooms, bedrooms, lounge and both bathrooms,etc have all smoked glass windows to the exterior to provide more privacy,, There are no close building near.. There are deck chairs around the comunity swimming pool if needed..These apartments offer the best recipe for the Ideal & wonderful Holiday for All !!

All amenities for adults and fun grounds for children are all very close,, . All towels & linen will be provided..apart from beach towels.. Ferry boats are constantly available at all times just next to the building,, There is also the bus that can be used just up the road that will take you into San Antonio itself,, There is also a mini golf, aprox 15 minutes walk.. & there are blown up dragons etc for the youngsters more or less at the back of the building,, and if your sons/daughters enjoy fishing ,, it is posible to watch them from the apartment balconies,, Self catering

We also accept longer term rentals too so please inquire !

To make your reservation posible,,it is necessary to deposit 40 % by bank transfer & the remaining balance to be paid on arrival,, Surity money of €300 euros must be paid on arrival too,, once the apartment keys are handed over, The surity money will be given back to you on your day of departure providing the apartment is given back as found .

Check in time 4pm & check out time 11am

Conditions

We send the confirmation once we have received the deposit for your reservation by fax,, If you do not have one,, we will send it to you by way of e-mail,which obviously will include the address of the apartment etc.& times of arrival.. so you will be able to forward it to your taxi driver on arrival..

We kindly ask our clients ,to bring their own personal towels, however,,there will be hand towels in each bathroom & bath mats, & all other linen will also be provided, Thank you ! The apartments are self catering
