Both corner apartments refs:( 21209 & 27375) with this website ( please look below ) are within 9 meters infront of the sea so it is posible to sea all the boat races from the terraces, The two bedrooms are located far from eachother, each one with their bathroom, As they are corner flats there are no close neighbours, Great for a group of 10/12 people !!, They are very bright apartments both have sun shutters & the windows are double glazes & tinted.. These apartments are great fun for families,groups of friends or romantic couples,, or for the elderly as there are no steps up & down.. There are 2 large lifts and a comunity swimming pool for both adults & small children. Ramp for easy access for suitcases & wheelchairs.. The higenic standard of the property is of a very high standard indeed.. There is also a private car park . & hotel entertainment close by. which can be seen from one of the bedroom windows,,shown in the photo gallery ..

There are many travel agents as we all know but www.easyjets.com are one of the cheapest airlines on the internet that I know of. , I must add that the location of the Penthouse suite and the flat below is situated in one of the best areas available, all amenaties are in close walking distance and the ferry boats are on the right hand side of the building..the same as the closest beach, Ideal for all year round, The situation of the apartments are very well situated for weekly & all year rentals,,Great weather all year round !! Change-over days are flexible to suit the best value flight days you can find

Further details indoors: These corner apartments acomodates from 4 up to 5/6 people in each one,,, Each apartment is above the other,, so in case of a group of 12,, one can be close to the other,, The views are incredibly unforgetable, no building close by. It is the sunset area of the island which can be seen just infront. Jet water skis and parachuting can be used from the beach on the side of the building An enjoyable walk can be made to the other side of the bay, by using the seaside promenade if one does not wish to take the ferry across.There is a private car park that belongs to the building.There is also plenty of close entertainment if one wishes, but the flats are located in a very quiet elegant building. As they are corner flats, one beneath the other there is always fresh air running through the flats as they are on the fourth and third floor and 9 meters infront of the sea.. They have 2 large lifts, a ramp for wheelchairs and is situated in one of the best areas.All different restaurants, such as English,Indian,chineese, & Spanish restaurants & fun bars in 2 minutes walking distance.. No further,,All the rooms,in the apartments such as,, bedrooms, lounge and both bathrooms,etc have all smoked glass windows to the exterior to provide more privacy,,& natural sunlight . There are very large ceiling fans that help circulate the fresh sea air thoughout the apartments,, as we thought better so that all balcony windows can be kept open at all times...There are deck chairs around the comunity swimming pool if needed..We rent out on a weekly basis,, but for all year round as the weather is normally fantastic!! No need to hire a car out at all !
Further details outdoors: All amenities for adults and fun grounds for children are all very close , in easy walking distance. All linen & towels will be provided..but we kindly ask for beach towels to be bought,,, Ferry boats are constantly available to all places, to all beaches etc & to the other main town..just next to the building,, There is also the bus that can be used if prefered just up the road that will take you into San Antonio itself,,or phone for a taxi on 971 340074. There is also a mini golf, aprox 15 minutes walk.. & blown up dragons etc for the youngsters and if your sons/daughters enjoy fishing ,, it is posible to watch them from the apartment balconies,, This is one of the largest tourist areas.

To make your reservation posible,,it is necessary to deposit 40 % by bank transfer & the remaining balance must be paid on arrival,, Surity money of €300 euros must be paid on arrival too,,once the apartment keys are handed over, The surity money will be given back to you on your day of departure providing the apartment is given back as found .
