Nous vous accueillerons dans notre agréable T2 de 35m2 situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur dans la résidence "Les Frênes" constituée de deux petits bâtiments de 3 étages entourés de verdure.

Vous vous garez sur votre place de parking . Au sous-sol , vous disposez d'une grande cave accessible par ascenseur.

L'appartement est bien agencé, la partie nuit et jour est séparée par la salle de bain ( baignoire + douchette ) et placard. Le WC est indépendant, toutes les pièces disposent d'une ouverture. La chambre est exposée Est , elle bénéficie du soleil levant avec en prime une magnifique vue sur les montagnes, on y entend aussi courir le ruisseau la Pique.

Vous mangerez devant la baie vitrée ou sur le balcon exposée plein Sud qui elle aussi offre une superbe vue 180°sur les montagnes et le Port du Vénasque, sans vis-à-vis.

Détente assurée, vous êtes à 100m du parc des Thermes que vous traverserez pour aller à la cure ou au centre ville tout proche.

Equipement: Wifi, lave-linge, TV/LCD, lecteur DVD, radio/CD, micro-onde, aspirateur, frigo, grille-pain, appareils à fondue et raclette, cafetière à piston, plaques elec., lit 140, 2 canapés convertibles ( 1 de 140 et 1 de 120 ), sèche-cheveux, caddie, etc...

- appartements sur allées d'Etigny ( artère principale ) souvent bruyant, orientation Est ou Ouest ( au soleil levant ou descendant la durée d'ensoleillement est très courte à cause des montagnes environnantes.

- si la superficie du studio n'est pas indiquée , il s'agit de" petites" surfaces 17 à 25m2.

- si pas de parking privatif, peu de places disponibles pour se garer en saison.

- si pas d'orientation donnée, l'appartement peut être sombre ( hors été le soleil disparaît rapidement derrière les montagnes )

- si adresse pas indiquée, le logement peut-être assez loin des télécabines , des thermes ou du centre, ou pire au bord d'une route passagère, 80% des loueurs minorent les distances réelles.

- si vis-à-vis non précisé, risque qu'il existe.

- si pas de photo extérieure la vue peut-être décevante ou s' il y a une photo de la vue extérieure, en décalant de quelques degrés on peut être en face d'un immeuble.

Les éléments négatifs ne sont jamais mentionnés dans l'annonce.

CONSEILS: demander l'adresse et cherchez la vue satellite sur Mappy, demander une photo de l'immeuble, plus une à deux vues extérieures et l'orientation.

tres bel appartement au calme avec une belle vue sur la montagne un seul probleme la remise des cles un peu tard sinon proprietaire tres arrangeant et sympa bonne location a retenir
