Our apartment in Bad Nauheim, totally 50m² of living space, offers guests with full comfort, peace and a top location.The apartment has 2 rooms, a separate mini-kitchen and a bathroom, all of which are fully equipped with everything your heart desires. The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the spa (Kurpark), the Great Pond, golf course, supermarket and about 15 minutes from the thermal bath, pedestrian area etc.The large bedroom: With an area of about 20m², overlooking the park-like garden, the bedroom is a haven where you can enjoy cozy evenings. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a work table. TV and Wi-Fi are free.The smaller bedroom is equipped with sofa bed for 2 kids or 1 adult. This can be used as loung or dining room.The kitchen is equipped with kitchen cabinet and all electrical appliances: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee cooker, etc...The bathroom, 7m², is modern, bright and fully equipped with bath, wash basin, mirror cabinet, etc... At a glance:- Living area about 50 sqm.- Two furnished rooms for up to 3+ persons- Upon request, additional room with kitchen is available.- Garden, terrace, BBQ for shared use- Within 5-15 minutes walking distance: Kurpark (spa), thermal bath, pedestrian area, railway station, department stores, doctors, pharmacies, etc. ..(Aside from weekly and monthly rates, special price for longer stay is possible. Please send an inquiry!)>>> TOURIST TAX (KURTAXE): Bad Nauheim, like any other health resort, is entitled to levy Kurtax. Only guests with business activities are exempted from Kurtax. The exemption is also applied for training, conventions, meeting, trade fairs, job seekers and other similar cases. Otherwise, the Kurtax of 3.3 € per day per person (2.10€ for second person) is paid at check-in in cash against a receipt, which is paid at the end of the month to the city tax office.>>> MORE THAN 2 PERSONS: You can book for two (2) persons. If you travel then with 3 or 4 persons, a supplementary charge of 10€ each per night is applied. A sofa bed is always available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony (the owner) a message.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
