The lounge runs out to a large terrace with a nice garden for the kids to frolic in, build snowmen or merely enjoy the sunny days. Both South facing bedrooms have big balconies from where you can enjoy the most awesome panoramic views of the surrounding mountainous landscape. An extra luxury of this Chalet is the large Bathroom with corner-bath and Infrared-Cabin! This large Chalet is devided in two: the one side is Chalet Pflaume and the other is Chalet Marille.

The chalet is 80-metres away from the Ski-bus which takes you, every 20 minutes, into the vast Ski-Arena of the Gastein-valley which has great variaty for beginners as well as advanced skiers. 200-metres down the road is a fabulous 18 hole golfcourse. The village bakery is right next door.

The 150 sqm chalet is divided in:

Upper floor:

- 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower/bathtub and separate toilet)

- 1 bedroom with twin double bed with south facing balcony

- 1 bedroom with twin single beds with south facing balcony

- 1 large bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and infrared cabin

Lower floor:

- 1 bedroom with a bunkbed

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

- large open-plan lounge-dining area with sleeper-couch

- small washroom with washing machine and dryer

- large hallway with good storage and hanging for shoes, coats. etc.

The chalet is on the ground floor.

Not included in the rental rates:

Final cleaning: 150,00 EUR

Bed linen/towels: 12,00 EUR per person per set

Local tax: 2,00 EUR per day and person from 15 years on

A fully refundable security deposit of 500,00 EUR is charged upon arrival.

The Wellness-Spa's: Felsentherme in Gastein is only 3-kms away and the Alpentherme in Bad Hofgastein 7-kms where the non-skiers or golfers can spend the day treating themselves or the hardy sportsmen can sooth those aching muscles.

"Great location, but not for those who don't prefer to stay near the cemetery"
