Barclay House is set within a Grade B listed building which was Developed/ Built by us at Klin Group from the former Historic Andrew Barclay Railway Engineers , we even have a real life size Steam Locomotive in our residents lounge, built by Barclays in the 1930s. Kilmarnock is central for Golf at Turnberry, Ayr, Royal Troon or Prestwick.We also have great Historic links with Robert Burns, The Fenwick Weavers CO-OP,Johnnie Walkers Whisky and even American War Hero General George Patton's family born in East Ayrshire. There is quality family owned restaurants,pubs & coffee houses in town which we can recommend or we can offer city visits for the most discerning clients .

Even some of our rugs come from Texas our oriental accessories from Bali and Chairs from Italy. This Penthouse has Huge Lounge /Breakfast Room with a separate Viewing Dining Room at the top of a Trendy spiral staircase.There is a modern Kitchen with all the mod cons with Red Glitter floor tiles and a red Glass worktop. The 3 bedrooms are themed in modern colours to suit every taste with a separate dressing room within the master bedroom.This suite also has or famous DEEP SOAK OMNI BATHTUB WITH SHOWER. We also have a unusual bathroom with separate shower with contemporay stone pebble tiles!
Further details outdoors: Outside is a sun trap with communal oriental seating area/barbecue. We have Designer Philip Starck Luxury chairs & tables where you can enjoy a pre dinner drink before visiting one of our local restaurants.
